I was excited to take Grant to the pop up jets at an outdoor mall. He was jazzed about putting on his new swim outfit from Grandma Dot, but didn't realize he'd actually have to get wet.
He stared at the babies playing in the water and wondered why they didn't get out of the way when the jets came on. He thought the whole concept was rather upsurd.
I tried forcing him to jump over it, smash it or run through it. "It's just water, Buddy!" This is the closest he got. And since the pet store just was next door...
That's ultimately where he ended up.
